TATA MOBILE PREPAID SERVICE is like PRE PAID HEADACHE for subscribers.

Prepaid recharge/top up vouchers with denominations higher than 300+ are NOT available in city like MUMBAI-TATA is refusing to convert prepaid to post paid-WITHOUT CHANGING EXISTING PHONE NO. nad on line recharge service is PATHETIC.

A RECHARGE DONE FOR RS500/- ALMOST TEN DAYS AGO THROUGH ONLINE TRANSCTION THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT-money has been debited from my account -BUT TALKTIME CREDIT NOT GIVEN TO ME.

COUPLE OF EKAIMS AND PHONE CALLS TO TATA TELESERVICE OFFICE AT MUMBAI-HAS NOT PRODUCED ANY RESULT.

MY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS REMAINS UN ANSWERED AND PROBLEM REMAINS IN RESOLVED.

I bought a TATA Indicom Prepaid(samsung raga) mobile, whose prize is 1600 rupees on
22 march. I got 1000 minutes free with this set. There was more than
500 rupees in my mobile on yesterday[protected] morning. But in the
evening it's only 100 rupees, even i didn't make any call. I am very
worried about it.

TATA INDICOM PREPAID SERVICE — debited more amt from account

i hav sent sms to company on 30th.april at 10.08pm. as SMS50 for 50rs pack of sms, and 101 rs, debited frm my act, i hav contacted imm to 12524 customer care, they were unable to solve my problem, pls solve it and credit my act by rs, 51, thanking u

there is no std sms pack available,
plz lauch a std pack for the satisfaction of the customer.
plz consider my complain fast.
