[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Prepaid Service — I WANT TO KNOW THAT INFORMATION FOR ABOUT OUR TWO NUMBER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have 2 mobile connection & i have submit Our ID PROOF, But know i want 2 know these numbers are on our name, my 1st number is [protected] on the name of Miss. Anita Khurana against ID Proof of her Ration Card and my 2nd number is [protected] on the name of Mr Dharambir Khurana against ID Proof of his Voter I.Card.

bcoz nobody help ny person for giving detailss of number . i also asked for giving address nd name of person [protected] .from dis num alot of call came 2 me nd nobody speak . bt tata indicom employees does not help me in dis case
I am nihar kumar hajra, Age 74 years(senior citizen). in march 2011, I take connection tataindicom prepaid services. And 2 times I give the documents in tataindicom office. my number is [protected], but 3 weeks latter my connection continuing out of services.

So please you take necessary action, In this problems.

TATA Indicom — regarding bill problem

Sir,

On 22 October 2011, I have received court notice of "MOGA LOK COURT" regarding TATA INDICOM false bill Rs.740/ ,I don't know why they creating another bill, while i submit last bill before change my connection post-paid to pre-paid,Mr Tapas employee of "TATA HUB" acknowledge me last paid bill & he change my connection post to pre-paid.he sure me,without last billing they can not change this connection.they are huge communication gap between senior & junior of "TATA INDICOM" employee.i am totally fed-up during their communication gap.
i have request to you for solve this matter.
i shall be very thankful to you.
