TATA INDICOM AND AIRCEL AND OTHER NETWORK'S SERVICES ACTIVATING AUTOMATICALLY SERIVES LIKE: CALLER TONES, ALERTS, AND OTHER BAD SERVICES

WHEN I RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT. IT WILL DEDUCTITING MY BALANCE.

I CALLED CUSTUMER CARE SERVICE . AND I ASKING TO WHY SHOULD ACTIVATED WHY ACTIVATING CALLER TONES AND OTHER SERIVES, SIR, ACTIVATION SHOULD YOUR SIDE NOT MY SIDE, WE ARE NOT ACTIVATED, THESE IS FOOLISH WORDS SAYING THIS IS THE ANOTHER SCAM OR BUSSINESS VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD HABID. WHEN I ASKED TO REFUND MY BALANCE NO SIR ITS NOT POSSIBLE. BUT MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTING ITS POSSIBLE VERY BAD AND VERY FAKE I UNABLE TO EXPLAIN PROBLEM.

>THERE IS NO RIGHT TO DEDUCTING OR CUTTING BALANCE, IST POSSIBLE TO CUT THE BALANCE YOUR SIDE,

I FACED THESE PROBLEM 5 OR 6 TIMES REPEATING, AND
IN ONE WORD CUSTUMER CARE SERVICE PEOPLE SLEEPING..... :-

TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom loots people..SCAM!!

Tata Indicom promised additional cell phone for Rs.200/- if we have exisiting Tata Indicom land line connection. We were promised that we would be getting cell phone within 36 hours.

Its more than 36 days and we haven't heard from them.

Upon calling customer care we did not get any reason for not having got the connection. After 40 days are so they are telling us that our connection is rejected - the reason for rejection is not told.

Haven't got the money back YET.

Its not the matter of money its ethics why lack!!!
Its false promises which they do!!!
NOt sure how many Rs200/- they have collected till date....
I agree, this is the worst service on earth. But, who cares about service ?? Money matters !!!
I 10000000% agree. they are poooorer service provider in this world. Oh my God ! kisi dushman se badla lena ho to Tata Indicom ka connection gift kar do.

TATA Indicom — Not activated / Not Refunding Amount

This is Abhishek Srivastava, I have applyed a postpaid connection to tata indicom mobile services on the date of 28/12/08 still i m suffuring. every day i am calling to given no. ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], ms. simran, ms.priya, mr. sunny, mr. vicky) but they have not reoponding my should i go for FIR of Should i go for Consumer Forum Complaint Office Please suggest me. the have taken from me @ 600/- rupees. for the activation charges.

I am suraj from bhilwara(Rajasthan). My Brother recharge tata phone 50
He get 50 rupee balance.
After 10 Minute Balance Is 0.
Why ?

Greetings!!!

I am Sajid Ali Sohphoh from Guwahati , Assam. On 9th Sep 2010 I got an sms from Tata Indicom saying"Exclusive offer for you, Recharge with minimum Rs 30 in next 5days and get Normal talk time +extra 150 local mins for 30days. Hurry Recharge nowT&C apply".
On 10th Sep 2010 I recharged Rs 50(RCV) on my no. [protected], buit i didnt get any talk time.
On 15th Sep 2010 I call customer care[protected] they said they have not given any offer as such. But the same morning I got the same promotional sms.

MYSELF SANDEEP KUMAR..3 MONTHS AGO I RECIEVED A CALL FROM TATA INDICOM(OKHLA BRANCH)..THAT MY TATA INDICOM NUMBER [protected] IS SELECTED AS LUCKY NUMBER IN TOP 5...AS PER THAT I HAVE WON AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET A POST PAID PLAN AT RS.149 PLAN.MR.PRAVEEN SPOKE TO ME..HE SAID THAT I HAVE WON A SCHEME IN WHICH IF I GET A POST PAID CONNECTON THEN I WILL GET 200 MINUTES LOCAL CALLS FREE AND 300 SMS FREE PER MONTH..AND LOCAL TATA TO TATA FREE WITHOUT ANY RENTAL..AND I WAS ALSO SUGGESTED THAT IF GET AN SMS PACK OF RS.30 THEN I WILL GET 1500 SMS FOR A MONTH AND AFTER THAT EVERY SMS FROM MY CELL WILL BE CHARGED AT THE COST OF 1 PAISE/SMS..BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE BILL NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED FROM THEM.I TRIED TO TALK TO MR.PRAVEEN BUT NOBODY PICKD MY CALL.AFTER THAT I SEND HIM A SMS..HE DID NOT REPLIED TO MY SMS..AFTER THAT I SEND HIM A VOICE MAIL WHICH WAS HEARD AFTER ONE MONTH..AS FAR AS 300 SMS SCHEME IS CONCERNED IT WAS PROVIDED TO ME AFTER A ONE COMPLETE MONTH..AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE BILL MY SMSes WERE CHARGED AT THE COST OF 50 PAISA/SMS..AND 99 RUPEES MONTHLY RENTAL..AND NOW THEY CALL ME TO PAY THE BILL AND WHEN I ASK THEM TO CLEAR THE DISPUTE THEY ASK ME TO TALK TO OKHLA BRANCH..BUT NOBODY PICK UP MY CALL..AND RECENTLY AN EXECUTIVE FROM TATA INDICOM CAME TO MY HOME AND HE THREATEND ME TO FILE A CASE AGAINST ME...HE SAID ALL THESE THINGS TO MY GRANDFATHER..NOW BEING AN OLD MAN HE WAS VERY TENSED ABOUT ALL THESE THINGS..THAT IS WHY I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.PLEASE LOOK AFTER THIS..THE NAME OF THE EXECUTIVE WHO CAME TO MY HOME WITH THE CONNECTION HIS NAME WAS MR.K.N.PATEL..AS A PROOF I ASKED HIM TO WRITE THE SERVICES WHICH THEY WILL PROVIDE TO ME ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE BILL..AND ALSO I PAID RS.500 TO HIM WHICH WAS PROMISED TO BE REFUND WITHIN A MONTH..AFTER 2 COMPLETE MONTHS OF IGNORANCE AND DIFFICULTIES I FACED..I AM WRITING THIS TO CONSUMER COURT..DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE I HAVE TO BUY A NEW CONNECTION..PLEASE LOOK AFTER THIS.I AM HEREBY SUBMITTIG THE FOTOGRAPH OF THE BILL FROM BOTH SIDE CLICKED BY MY PHONE..
