I bought the new generation of internet connection " USB MODEM-TATA INDICOM"

When i went for the detail, the shop keeper in the TRUE VALU SHOP LOCATED ALONG TAMBARAM TO VELACHERY ROAD told the subscription detail with plan, doccument required,initial payment etc.,

he collected all said doc like credit card statement,pan card xerox with initial payment Rs.2950.00.

He also accepted all doc with initial amount and gave me the stylish USB modem ( almost double the size of pen drive we normally use).When i leave the shop he interrupted and told, sim cord is not available with me, will give you tomorrow.

I surprised ! what simcard ? Which is activate the USB MODEM.without that simcard it is like a mobile without sim.

I asked without sim why do you keep USB MODEM here ? Some how he convinced me ( may be expert in )i came back with more dissappointed. Because as we see from the advertisement " our heroine kajole will help the next table in a restaurent, she just insert and show the web page" but in actual it is not, there is a CD needs to install to activate the software.

So , buyers please dont go with the advertisement we seen from TV.

Tomorrow i went and got the sim , he said it will be activated with in 24 hours. And it is 8 days now,i dont know what problem they have, not yet activated.

Tata Indicom usb internet — connection problems

I dont get connected everytime i use my usb.It always says connection failed and then i have to try 2-3 times b4 getting my connection again.Sometimes it even appears as Modem Unplugged-Install device drivers again,inspite of inserting the usb in the port.
The speed o[censored]SB Modem is very Slow
I have bought Tata indicom USB Modem Tata site Ichoose online. He says me that pen drive is free but distributer have not gave the Pen Drive . so plz helo me.

I bought a tata indicom USB modem. My connection no. is [protected] in the name of Sachin Bhutada, 204 Rudra Shakti Apartment, Indira Devi Town, Wathoda, Nagpur 09.
From the date of purchase i am not getting connectivity. So I talk with marketing person who came to me. He told to me that i will send our executive. The executive came & installed the modem on the system But so far i can not get internet connectivity. I request to activate my number to get internet connection. I am expecting your action as early as possible.

TATA TELESERVICES LIMITED — Plug-2-surf modem Network not available

I had purchased Plug-2-surf modem based on their advertisement that surfing can be done anywhere, anytime... but the day i purchased, it does not work at all, the problem is "No network Available".

I have done lots of corrospondence thru mail & over phone with customer care and Nodal Officer... the only answer, "We can not do anything...".
iam frm malappuram district in kerala, we r not getting orkut site, it is banned & getting a msg, y?
Can you send the complete details of tata indicom netconnection with usb modum how much cost? prepaid card availability? how much recharge cost card available in market? usage time cost?

i having P3 system my soft were installed millium me can its possible to work in net or any other window soft needed

TATA Indicom Usb Modem — Delay in service activation

Purchased the Tata Indicom USB Modem "Plug to surf" on 2nd August'08 and a prepaid sim from Shravni Telecom, Sai Chowk, Sangvi, Pune 411027.The service has not yet been activated ever since.The documents were submitted on 3rd August to dealer.
When checked with the customer care I was told that the documents were not received till now and I need to check with dealer.
I the dealer says that the documents have been provided to the company.After haggling for last 5 days I am really dejected with third rate service provided by the Tata Indicom and the dealer.

Tata Indicom USB MODEM — Not Activated or Working

I have Purchased One Tata Indicom USB Modem On 13.08.08 vide Invoice no. 12008-09/[protected] & 12008-09/[protected] dated .13th aug 08. from Drive India Enterprise Solution Limited, E003, City Centre, Sector 1, saltlake, Kolkata -700064, My Customer Application Form No. 00220031,

at the time purchased they have communicate to me My USB Modem will be activated within 48 hrs, I have given all the valid document.
But unfortunately till date I am not getting any connection or communication from their side .
they are not responding properly.
I am facing lot of trouble for this.

don't ever try to purchase this device its a waste of money and neither proper service is been provided.at the time of payment what ever bill they charge as they want they don't provide proper service at all they just tell do this and do that and it will work.neither their engineer know what the problem and the customer care executive know they are just useless having no knowledge so i recommend do not purchase it it will give u just headache and trouble their internet will never work most of the tome its down and they then charge for it.

i am sorry to say that our tata indicom usb`s speed is too slow.we are not able to work on it as it open just only for a sceond and also take too much time to start.please listen our complaint as early as possible.hoping for a prompt reply. thank you.

TATA USB MODEM — USB MODEM CONNECTION

TATA INDICOM AGENT NAME SACHIN FROM PUNE PROMISED ME TO GIVE USB CONNECTION WITHIN 2 DAYS N SINCE 20 DAYS NT YET ACTIVATED THE PREPAID CONNECTION TAKEN FROM HIM.ALL MONEY WAS PAID TO HIM WHEN HE GAVE THE MODEM ie ON 22ND SEPTEMBER 2008 .EVEN REPEATEDLY CALLING HIM HE GAVE MANY REASONS AND NW WHEN I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONNECTION BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE GIVEN BY MR.SACHIN.I DNT KNOW HIS FULL NAME OR ANY MUCH DETAILS BUT HIS MOBILE NO. IS [protected] SO U FURTHER LOOK INTO THIS MATTER OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT.PLEASE REPLAY ASOON AS POSSIBLE WONT WAIT FOR LONG.

TATA Indicom USB Modem — UNSATISFACTORY SUPPORT FROM TECHNICAL TEAM OVER THE IMPROPER WORKING OF MODEM

I AM USING A TATA INDICOM USB MODEM FOR PAST 8 MONTHS AND ALSO I AM USING A VSNL MAIL ID WHICH I HAD CONFIGURED IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS. I AM NOT ABLE TO SEND MAILS THROUGH MY OUTLOOK AND I HAD TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES . EVERY BODY WHO TALKS GIVES A DIFFERENT NO. TO TALK TO AND PROBLEM PERSISTS . I AM FACING A HELL LOT OF PROBLEM DUE TO THIS ISSUE NO TECH . SUPPORT / ASSISTANCE I RECIEVED TILL DATE .

TATA Indicom Usb Modem — very low speed

working with very low speed of only 115 Kbps.
Just yesterday I got a new postpaid connection of Tata Indicom plug 2 sur[censored]SB internet connection(Which is being advertised by glamour girl Kajol). ‘Unfortunately’, this will not serve anyone's purpose. I purchased this USB internet modem (both with connections) by going thru your official Web site and sales representative visited to our office. Where in they have assured to get 153KBps of internet speed but in reality, the service probably, is worse that any telecom company can ever give you. A bigger shock is I am getting speed of max 20~30Kbps even in wee hours like (post midnight, 1AM~2AM). This is beyond the imagination of any customer. Over and above that hardly one day after using the service, I have experienced such a worse of your service.
Please.. please .. being a user of Tata Indicom Plug 2 Sur[censored]SB Internet, I request you not to go for this. This is the worse service that any telecom company can ever give. Please don't waste your money.
I had been promised a speed o[censored]pto 156 kbps on the TATA plug 2 sur[censored]sb modem when I bought it. But i am not even getting a speed o[censored]pto 5 kbps. It keeps varying between 2-3 kbps which isn;t sufficient even for opening a simple site.i urge the required authorities to please look into the matter.
dont buy tata indicom plug2surf...
it costs more then ur imaginatio customer support is not good.
