[Resolved]  TATA Indicom/Mobile — online recharge not credited into talk time balance

Sir.1. yesterday I toped upon line to my cell no [protected] dated 11 March 2009.

2. Several time tried to contact custommer care for prepaid 12524, once I connect and they assured to me that due to some technical problem unable to fetch my balance.after half an hour it will be reflected into your tallk time balance.

3. Till yet 12 March 2009 still not reflected into my balance of tallk time.

4. Some one can say to me that whats the meaning of recharge online and also take buden and make complaint here and there for resolve to the problem.

5 . Please do something to get my balance for tallk.
