[Resolved]  Tata Indigo — Defected Tata Indigo CS

Please Beware of Tata Motor Cars.

I Jitin Ahuja purchased a new Tata Indigo CS LS Car (HR99BM (Temp) 5440) from Dhingra Motors Pvt Ltd on 20th June 08, which had some technical problem and I got to know about this later.
Since purchasing of this car everyday I am facing with a new problem and it’s affecting on my business. I believe that my car has definitely some serious technical problem, which agency is finding it difficult to repair it.

Since 4th of July everyday I need to go the agency with some new problems and agency people are unable to repair it, due to which now I am completely harassed. Because I am going to loose my time/money with this progress.

16th of July- I had been asked to drop the vehicle for the repair of the problems, which I was facing since 4th of July 2008, it was returned to me stating that vehicle has got repaired .But it actually had the same problems persisting.

17th of July- On the very next day I dropped my vehicle back to the agency with requesting to rectify it once and forever, After keeping for the whole day problem was still there and agency could not repair it for which I had drop it on 18th.

18th of July – They told me drop the vehicle for three more days which I failed to drop it as I had to go out of station for very important business meeting and I could not reached over there just because my car got breakdown in midway and started some over racing problem.

19th of July- When I again went to agency for complaint to some of the senior staff I had been informed that they shall call the engineer from company and requested me to hand it over on 22nd.

22nd of July- Again I dropped my vehicle to agency and they committed to deliver my vehicle back on 24th July 2008, but it’s 25th & they haven’t give my vehicle back.
This is really shocking that this kind of services has been offered by the esteemed Tata Motors and their agencies to their costumers. The present situation is that my complete vehicle has been opened and it doesn’t play a role of new car being purchased.

Problem faced till date:-


1. A C Tripping

2. Engine Over race

3. Rear Suspension Noise

4. Gear Shifting Problem

5. Self is noisy

6. Total interior noisy

7. Wiper Defected

8. Clutch Hard

9. Rear Back Light Defected

10. R H Side window noisy

Everyday I need to drop my car at agency, wherein they convince me to get it repair completely with 100% satisfaction but the end result is still zero.
22nd July I was being told to drop my vehicle at agency for 2 days but today is 27th when they have handed over my car to me after six days with all same problem still exiting.
