[Resolved]  Tata Indigo CS — Old and Dented Vehicle

I brought a Black colour, Tata Indigo CS in Dec' 08 from a known dealer of Tata vehicles from Faridabad. I received the vehicle in first week of Dec’ 08. While receiving the vehicle I had been given a nice box of chocolates, which impress me lot that time and they decorate the car by putting a nice red ribbon on the bonnet of Car. All was like very impressive, while I was taking the car.

But after 2-3 days when I felt that the dust was collecting on the ribbon so I decided to remove it from bonnet. I got a big surprise when I saw a dent under the ribbon near Tata logo on bonnet. It was just like a shock because after taking the vehicle from dealer I just parked the vehicle in my home and no one even touch the vehicle because all were out of station and I was there only in my house. And it was under cover because I wanted to give a surprise to my family. When I told the same to dealer, he told that he can’t help since these things I should have checked own my own. I clearly remember the day when I brought my new Qualis from Toyota, Gurgaon then the manager himself was standing next to me and took around 15 minutes to check the vehicle and given the key after all the satisfaction from his end. Despite of my several discussion with Dealer and the person who helped in getting the loan, the answer was Zero.

The problem didn’t stopped here, the actual problem which shocked me was the vehicle date. I got my Registration Certificate after around 6 months from the date of delivery. Moreover the vehicle date was Aug’ 08 instead of Dec’ 08. Now it was like a big shock that the company cheated by selling an old vehicle after receiving the payment for new one. Now I got fed-up by chasing the dealer and the person who took me to that dealer for better deal and I haven’t got any answer for my complaint.

I registered the complaint on Tata website also under complaint section. But the day when I registered the calls rate was very high but after that no one come to see the details.

Now I don’t what to do next after this…………….
