My name s k.satyanarayana chassis no: MAT601462AWN51287 i had taken a new car on 06/01/2010 in select motors in karimnagar. tata indigo ecs in that they had given Apollo tyres for 870 kms only tyre was bust will vehicle s running in high speed what s the position of the vehicle if not control if any thing appends who will be resposible . so ur sales manager came 2 my home and showed the vehicle of demo in that we had seen that tyres are brige stone and battery s exide so we had thought that company will provide same .when i had not seen vehicle on delivery i am confused 2 see vehicle for fee reasons ur bank has provide loan but at the time of delivery no atm s working I should pay money of remaing amount we had not seen the vehicle and ur sales manager will not talk sir ,all are telling that apollo tyres are waste and not working properlly .so please change my tyres and every one are asking that tyre will bust for 30 days for the kilometers of 870 for a new car ur sir response s common in that air s not filled properly so tyre s bust we will check daily while going any where ,so please remove and replace my tyres .and there s no responce by sales manager and branch manager please take classes for them how 2 behave with customers and trained them 2 talk and give respect and take respect sir .thank u and take action on them n NTPC RAMAGUNDAM TATAMOTORS HAD GOOD NAME BUT NOW ONWARDS WITH MY INCIDENT UR GEETING BAD NAME SO PLEASE TRY 2 KEEP UR NAME GOOD IN GODAVARIKHANI
