[Resolved]  Tata Indigo Dicor — DELAY IN REPAIRING AND INCREASING BILL

MY CAR WAS ACCIDENT, SUBMIT FOR REPAIR, QUOTE ME 1 TO 1.25 LACK, AND I HAVE TO PAY APPROX 25000, THEY ASK FOR ONE MONTH TIME.I HAD GIVEN MY CAR ON 15TH FEBRUARY.LASTLY THEY ASK ME UPTO 30 MARCH BUT THAT ALSO NOT FULL FILL.AT MY EACH WISIT THEY ARE INCRESING AMOUNT OF BILL.30 MARCH THEY ASK ME TO PAY APPROX 45000, TODAY THEY ASK ME TO PAY 60000.JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO SKILLED STAFF ITS BEEN DELAYED.ALSO I HAVE NOTICE THAT THEY REMOVE MY PARTS WHICH WAS NOT DEMAGED.FOR REPLACING SUCH PARTS I HAVE TO BARE 50%FOR PLASTIC AND 30% FOR METALIC PARTS. . STILL THE VEHICLE IS NOT REPAIRED UPTO THE MARK. AFTER PAYING AMOUNT AND WASTING MY DAYS, IF I HAVE GIVEN FOR REPAIR ELSEWHERE IT WOULD NOT COST MORE THAN 70000 AND IT WOULD GET REPAIR IN 10 DAYS. SINCE LAST 31ST MARCH I HAVE HIRED A TAXI BOR MY BUSINEES PURPOSE. I AM GAINING LOSS DUE TO THE TAXI FAIR AND ALSO BY THEIR BILLS ALSO. BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM I AM SUFFERING HEAVY LOSS IN BUSINEES DUE TO EXCESS TRAVELLING FOR BUSINEES.I HAVE BEEN MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY TORTURE.THE STAFF IS ALSO NOT COOPERATIVE EXCEPT TWO MEMBERS.

I think this is the problem with all the dealers of TATA MOTORS...they lack skilled manpower to repair and delivery compliance is too poor...but the claa center ppl r very prompt to call back no sooner u take the delivery asking for quality of washing...funny...
