[Resolved] Tata Indigo — service

I'm owning a Tata Indigo vehicle which is six months old, have met an accident on 4th may 2013,the vehicle is in workshop till now, the insurance company is not able to provide me the claimable amount although i have done the bumper to bumper insurance still they are not providing me the benefits so,I'm not getting released my vehicle from the workshop. why a owner is not allowed to use his engine oil which is much better than the workshop oil . Nobody makes the oil at home every body buys it from outside so have i done it to get a good average its a quartz oil of the same grade but iam refused to use or put till it is under warranty.
I beleive the owner will look after his car much betterway than the workshop. Its because company is able to earn more from the oil .
