[Resolved]  tata internet broadband cannections — convert broadbend to dialup cannection

dear sir
we are using tata broadband internet cannection with this user id "[protected]@vsnl.net"
we are using this cunnection last 6 year
we are get new cannection in dialup type and then our use some high so i convert our account dialup to broadband cannection.

but now our use is very low so i want convert broadband to dialup cannetion,
i send three time request on "nodalofficer.[protected]@tatacommunications.com; [protected]@zeenetwork.com; appellate.[protected]@tatacommunications.com;"
for convert my cannection

but not any positive reply from tata communication services

plz kindly resolve our issue

We would like to inform you that, as per the company norms broadband account cannot be migrated to dialup account and same login id cannot be provided while taking new connection. You can use similar prefix of your login id while registering for the dial up account.

I herewith thank you for the reply to my mail. The basic problem of mine does not get solved with uryour reply.

My problem is that I had started with you with the dial up connection but since I went on with good business on I got the

same transferred to Broadband with the assumption that I will get it converted to dial up at any time whenever I may slow down

with my business. As on today with my request, I found from your reply which states that it is not possible, so it appears that now I am

forced to pay more with you for broadband connection though I don't have that much use in. The basic problem goes with my old business

customers who has my old mail ID. and if at all I go for new connection, I don't get or recover my old mail ID which lies with my old business customers.

Hope some positive solution for my above problem. There should be some facility for such conversion when a person can not afford to the extent.

Please resolve and get me the best solution for my above problem

We would like to confirm you that as your account is a prepaid account there is no process for the termination of the account.



We have verified our records and found that, your account has been suspended due to non renewal. However if the customer does not renew his account with in the grace period of sixty days the account will be terminated. Once the account is terminated our executive will visit your place for the collection of the equipment.

TATA COMMUNICATION (BROADBAND) — Connectivity problem and business loss

Dear Sir,

I have started the business of Share Market for which i have taken a internet connection form Tata Communication.From last 7 days my Internet is not working.
I have registered the complaint to their customer service but they are just giving assurance to send Engineer but no body has turned up.I m calling everyday 10 times but getting assurance.I have lost my business client and reputation from last 7 days.I m requesting you the strict action against Tata Communication and compensastion for my business loss and loss of Reputation in the market.

this is a second kind reminder to terminate service of account [protected]@vsnl.net for broadband connection from april 1..

first service termination email was send on 27th of march on customer service, but i did not get any conformation regarding same.

i will not be liable to pay charges of april month by delay on your side.

so, kindly consider this.

To the Public,

I had to disconnect my Tata broadband internet connection within 3 months. My net keeps getting disconnected every other day and the service person will take more than a week to repair it. My net got disconnected more than ten times within this 3 months. There is no way i cud continue like this as my entire work happens online and i have already suffered a huge loss due to the internet problem. I have requested to disconnect the connection immediately and refund my money back and take strict action against the fraud Engineer Mr. Rajesh who never takes the responsibilty for the cause. If you keep people like this in your team, tata's image wud get spoiled completely. last day i called mr rajesh ten times in a day and given him complaint no a couple of times but he didnt even bother to come to my place even once. I regret taking this connection and i would make sure that no other customer would ever make a mistake by taking Tata internet connection and i please request you to take necessary actions and refund my money immediately else i have to proceed this mail to the people above. I have already forwarded a mail to [protected]@tatacommunications.com.
