mere pass tata call center se ek phone 14 jan. ko aaya tha jis ka number hai [protected] or[protected]. in logon ne mujhe ek offer di ki 1000/-main ek mobile aur ek sim mil jaye ga .maine aapne bhi ke naam pe book kara diya. booking silp no hai 00885129 magar aaj tak mera phone nahi mila .maine 121 pe bhi complaint ki jis ka number hai 10697321.magar wahan se bhi kuch nahi hua. plz mujhe is call center ka pata de diya jaye ya in ke khilaf koi karawi ho jis se mera vihwas tata mobile pe bana rahe .mera mobile number [protected] hai .plz help me.thanks.

recently i read an add (AMAR UJALA)stating about installation of mobile towers. Add states that if we have an area of at least 100 sq yard, wheather on roof or ground, mobile towers can be installed . for this we have to give photocopies of property registry, address proof, id proof etc. and Rs 25000/. there will be an agreement of 90 days. during this time a survey will be conducted of the site . if ok tower will be installed from any mobile company. and the owner will get rs 25000 every month for 10 years .
add also says that if they can not install the tower given amount of Rs 25000/ will be given back.
could u plz tell us about whether it is possible for them to give 25000/ each month?

tata mobile — miss allotment of cell no and wrongly sales system

Sir I have recently bought new tata cell on the name of Keyur A Patel
Numbered [protected] and [protected] it was really good experience but in two days it has turned in to worse nightmare because of following reasons.
Basic reason for taking this number is to avoid calls from any others and to b in contact with family but the things have been more worse when promotional call are incoming but that was not enough, other calls are coming for unknown person then I discovered following things
First number was allotted to some person in Rajkot city and case for outstanding dews is still there in court of law and company has allotted this no to me and there is no reason to bye this cell because I feel like I m an call center boy hear to ans calls o[censored]nknown person.
And still not enough there have been some misappropriation in the sales transaction of both two instrument because from company side they said me that this mobiles are purchased on installment basis on other side I have paid in full so pls reply me soon
For first complain I m further approaching either to court, TRAI, or consumer forum pls guide me
