my car no is wb06f5779 i purchased it in march 2011 and till now 20.08.2012 it has hardly run 4100 kms.
it is for the fourth time that i m facing the problem of engine mismatch and overheating and mil indicator lamp
glowing in a span of 6 months.and they are saying it is because of engine overheating.
its really astonishing that a brand like tata provides such kind of service that their service centre( rd motors rajarhat & bb motors )cannot rectify the fault and diagnose the car once and for all so that the same fault doesnt occur so very frequently.
Nevertheless i had to wait for hours on road after complaining in the emergency breakdown dept after which a mechanic comes on bike and after seeing the same complaint of mil lamp glowing says it needs to be towed to the nearest service centre and flees away leaving me behind to wait again for hours and hours for a towing van that too in a metropolitan city of kolkata.
and thats not the end i am insisted to waste few more precious time of the day to accompany my car till the serv centre and again on another day i have to waste one more day to bring my car from that serv centre which is located far from city otherwise drop serv of car will b chargeable at rs 200 even though i have AMC of car.
kindly help what can i do regarding it.

I got repaair my nano car PB10-DH3660 from your auth.dealer M/s DADA Motors Pvt.Ltd.Savitri-1 Dholewal Ludhiana on dt.03.12.2012 vide inv.no.DADA GR[protected] and their job card no.is JC-Dada-GR[protected].Main problem was under chasis steering problem.Before handing over the vehicle to dealer it was emphasised to them time and again that under chasis problem must be ractified.The person who gives service appointment mobile no.is [protected], I haver talked her two times therafter, every time the promise is given that the vehicle shallbe lifted from my house at flat no408/2, E block SBS Nagarar Pokkowal Road Ludhiana, Mob.[protected].
