[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Deactivation | |||
Hi This is really frustrating to been calling the Tata Photon customer care with phone getting disconnected when i try to reach the technical support. My account number is [protected] and Phone number is [protected] . When i try to use the photon it says its disconnected or deactivated. What is wrong with Tata Photon + .I have been facing this problem the day it got activated.I so regret my decision of taking a Photon + rather would have chosen MTS which is 10000 times better than crappy Photon. thanks Tarun Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello Photon plus team,
I have deactivated the connection a month back with zero outstanding bill.
My Account Number :[protected]
I have signed the deactivation form and submitted to the executive, i got the confirmation call on my cell number from the photon care with the confirmation that my connection is disconnected.
Still i got the month's bill now. This is definately illegal and i will consult the consumer court on the same.
Please provide me a call back immediately on 91-[protected].
