Tata Photon+ — Tata Photon+ Low speed internet

Tata teleservices cheated us.
It doesn't give you atleast 256kbps and they make false staement like internet speed upto 3.1mbps.
They are cheating all customers and making false marketing.

tata photon +provide very low it ust gives the speed of 150kb/s and advertises for 3.1mbps

I spoke to CUSTOMER CARE guys.. They logged ticket regarding this (reference number :[protected]... But nobody has time look at the issue so far.. they have closed the ticket by promising they will fix this by end of march..!!!

All TATA photan is busy is fake marketing ..

Even I m facing the same problem from last 8-10 days and no one is ready to help.

I have purchase Tata Photon Plus one year
back. Our Tata Photon plus number is [protected]. and the complaint
number given by one of your Customer Care Executive is[protected]. I
have called up to your Customer Care Service Center and they have
sincerely noted down my complaint but so far none of your Executive
visit us and we are sorry to say that company like Tata Indicom should
take this easily. I m get frustrated all abut this. Kindly check my
Tata Photon plus at the earliest.

Better go for Airtel Broadband.. All these wireless devices are crap.. Even Tata wired broadband is good..

I am really not happy as I bought the tata photon plus pen drive online..The speed is very very very very very very very slow. It does not even cros 55kbps while downloading. They are big time liers I am seriously not happy and I am lukin forward for the refund of the drive which is useless.. and I dont want it. Either they shud increase the speed or refund the amount

photon plus broadband — Network is very slow

i have taken a photon in Hyd (Photon No:[protected]). Recently i have transfered ot chennai.
Broad band internet speed is very slow. i am in the middle of city, but it is very slow, ever i am unable to fast access for browsing also.

completely agree the speed is very slow even im not able 2 open a Google page now im fed-up of filing complaints, more above that im not getting any respond from tata customer care

Yesterday Night I have called on Customercare to provide me Temporary pin no for ny account.I was assured to get the pin within 4 hrs, But still I have not got the same.Today from last half an hour I am calling Customer Care but No customer care representative is Answering

Friends, screaming and freak out is not a solution. Need to find solution how to lodge proper complain to right authority. I am searching a right path, please help me out.

Tata Photon Plus — Speed of internet is not as per promises made

Tata Photon promised 2Mbps speed and it never delivered me more than 0.2 Mbps...and during lot of compliants they have fixs that work for 30 mins and after that speed again comes to 0.2mbps. Customer care did not care for my requests at all despite being unlimited plan holder payin 1000 per month.

Yes tata photon+ sucks they are not meet the requirement i have 950 plan in this they claiming 3.1 mbps but i never get that speed sometimes even google take 2 minutes to open and when i call at customer care they say to resolve it next 24hours then why they charging me monthly bill if they can't give resolution to customer at same time & when executive come they claim that there speed is 300 kbps which is broadband max speed they say you get few times 3.1mbps speed which i never get. Then why they make such a plan i will move to some other broadband service.

Tata photon plus sucks!!! Speed is the most pathetic of all broadband providers.
Anyone who wants to go for Tata photon plus or any other tata photon services do it i[censored] want a damn slow connection. Tata photon plus speed is a maximum of 10 KBPS.
I have been paying Rs950+/ Month for this [censored]in ...even reliance 356 Kbps connection at Rs550/month gives u a minimum of 35 KBPS

my case is totally different ! i had been told that photorn willl deliver speed up to 3.1 mbps but it's totally wrong i only get 89 b/s ! forget obout downloading even an song !

Tata Photon Plus — Very less speed and Cheating me

I am a TATA PHOTON PLUS consumer. I am getting very less speed and paying a lot of money for this worst connection. when I complained they have not solved my problem. I am paying 800 Rs per month. PHOTON PLUS people are cheating me. the speed i am getting is only 10 Kbps. pleople please dont purchase Photon+. you will loose your money. i have complained 7-8 times... wasted my time and money.
I will suggest all my friend to go to any other network.
