[Resolved]  Tata Photon Whiz — Poor tata photon whiz speed

Hi,

I am ashish gupta, i am using tata photon whiz since last 20 days in ramapuram chennai area.
My photon whiz no is — [protected].
When i taken that conncetion, tata indicom executive was saying that
Max. Speed of tata photon whiz is 153.6kbps.
But i am getting only max. Speed 3 to 4 kbps.
Regarding it i registered three complaints[protected],[protected],[protected]
But issue not yet resolved.
When i registered first complaint[protected], next day one technician mr. Kiran visit my home.
But kiran was saying that 3 kbps is max. Speed of tata photon whiz in all over chennai.
So kiran was not able to resolve that issue and without resolving that issue he left from my home.
Again i registered two more complaints[protected],[protected] regarding same issue.
Once again mr. Kiran visit my home but he was saying same wording that 3 kbps is max. Speed of
Tata photon whiz in all over chennai and within 1 min without saying anything he left.
I am calling daily customer care 2-3 times regarding same issue.
But issue not yet resolved.
On 12-sep-2009 i talked to customer care head mr. Nitin, he was saying that another technician
Will visit on 14-sep-2009 till 9:00 pm and issue will resolved 100%. But nobody visit.
I am totally fedup with tata photon whiz.

I Anshuman Sharma My mobile No [protected]. I have given an complaint for tata photon whiz dongal. I want that company should refund my amount Rs.2100/- at the earliest possible.
I have not received any replay as yet. Kindly solve my problem at the earliest possible.
The photon whizz is bull . I wasted my money and the speed is very slow. what is this???????????

Response of Tata Phton Whizz has been received today i.e. on 19 Aug 2011. But till the final settlement has not been made. But thanks for help given to me. Without your help it cannot be made. I was helpless. Thanks a lot. As and when it is settled I will convey to you sir. Anshuman Sharma

the limit of tata photone whiz service is such that i purchased the device on 2nd sept, 11 and it has not been activated so far. There is absolutely no regret by tata photone whiz team for their negligence and irony is that they still keep on assuring me that some will visit and check the device after failing no. of times for same promises. To my surprise when i logged a complaint,[protected], after few days when called i came to know the same has been closed on their own without even giving single call to me let aside visit of technician/engineer at my premises for rectification.
I am unable to undersatnd how this photon team is being managed and has there any control over the customer executives who keeps on giving dates and time and no action. Is there any senior person who is responsible for addressing customer grivances or it is just an eyewash??

tata photon whiz team if you have still little responsibility towards the customer then plz resolve my issue.

Tata / Photon — Complains attended but with no sustainable solution

This is to inform you that I have been complaining about my speed of TATA PHOTON Wireless Internet connection in various forum like customer office,nodal offices but as far as my experience goes when the issue is highlited to techniqual team than speed remains ok for few days and than after that the story remains the same.
As i m fed up with the services provided by tata photon i am sending this mail as a complain to an external department who can deal with it more professionally.
My concerns are..
1. as promised why tata photon is unable to maintain the server speed .
2. why i have to regularly complain about the same thing . Tata Photon techniqual team after doing all permutation and combination is unable to solve my concerns
3. As i have tried with other service provider the connection speed is as promised at the place from where i am reporting than why such a problem with tata photon.
4. I have taken all the plans from tata photon but no plan is satisfactorily providing constant speed.

Tata Teleservices Limited - Photon Plus — Reg: Incorrect Billing, Non-solving of Grivences and Harresment by sending Legal Notices

First of all, There has been a lot of errors from M/s Tata Teleservices Limited regarding the billing and I have constantly been communicating on this with them.
Secondly, as per the mail headed " Re: Response from TATA Indicom : docket number[protected]~~M5938741" Dated[protected], the outstanding amount has not yet been amended by by them which was promised to be done in the next 7 days from[protected]. I have not received the amended bill as yet from your M/s Tata Teleservices Limited.

I sent them a mail on the 15/12/2012 to the First Legal Notice mentioning the error at their end. Again they send a Legal Notice on the 12/01/2012 despite my complaints raised from November 2011.

They are not looking into the issue and sending Legal Notices. Please see to it that the Complaint Raised by me "docket number[protected]" is addressed. They are constantly harresing me by sending such notices and not following up on my Complaints which were raised months before the Notices sent.

Please resole all my issues and send the correct Bill.

** Also, Since I raised the Cancellation on the 7th November, I have not used the services after 10th Of November. Hence Bill to be generated till 11th of November as you had said that the billing is done till 4 days post the request raised.

Finally the billing should be : From 15th October to 20th October, 31st October to 11th November.

Hope all issues to be resolved.

i'm shabad i'm use tata photon whiz but ican't open pages its signel strength full but speed 0kb. tata was cheating me.
Hi, MY TATA PHOTON NO IS [protected], , I am living in a rural area and here is very poor internet services, I looked for all available internet service provider here such as BSNL, Reliance, Tata. The only one solution that I find is tata photon whiz, that work in my area with very very poor speed. All other service available in our city area, but not work in the rural area.

I am getting speed of 0-32-40 kbps with tata photon whiz, which is very low speed. For opening any site it take lots of time and sometime if the page is very heavy, it even not open.

Please guys help me by informing about any hack or any software that can increase my speed. I have no any other option to choose internet service provider in my location.
