[Resolved] Tata Sky — CANCELLATION OF SERVICE AND REFUND OF MONEY | |||
Hi My name is Ravishankar Y I have ordered TATASKY HD for my home. There was lead time of week to get the HD set installed. Specific reason is to watch the world cup in HD. Prior to install (not yet installed) Due to work related issues I had to travel and decided to cancel the service as I will not be able watch world cup from home. My Subcsriber ID is [protected] I have called TATASKY twice and to cancel and refund the inital deposit amount they gave 2 Request ID 1-[protected] / 1-[protected], but till date they are not refunding my amount. Everytime I get to here that somebody will call you but nobody is calling me. please help Was this information helpful? | |||
