I LONGED A COMPLAINT ON 14th OF NOVEMBER 2009 AN SERVICE ENGINEER CAME AND SAID THAT THE DIGICARD IS CORRUPT AND WILL REPLACE IN 2 DAYS BUT SINCE THEN NO ONE HAS COME TO REPLACE IT AND I HAVE BEEN REGULAR CALLING THEM BUT THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM THEM THEY SAY WE WILL CALL YOU IN 2 HOURS BUT THEY DONT GIVE ANY CALL . AS PER THEM THEY DONT HAVE CARD IN STOCK AND CANT GIVE ANY DATE OF ARRIVAL
WHEN I ASK I WANT TO SURRENDER THYE SAY YOU CANT BECAUSE THAT IN NOT IN POLICY
I HAVE 2 CONNECTION AT MY HOME AND THEY ARE CHARGING FOR THE SEOND ALSO WHICH IS NOT WORKIG
