[Resolved]  Tata Sky — channels

HI, I am a regular user of tata sky having id [protected] since last more then three years.I found the services is very good and picture quality is also very good.I am very much disappointed by cancelling the channels of particularly Gujarati programme like Zee Gujarati and today its a hard time cancelling the D D girnar today in tata sky only one Gujarati channels available that is very bad on your part.Without any information how one can cancel the channel which is not pay channel also.This is most watchable channel in gujarati family all over.It is kindly reqest you to make it as usual.I had alreay talked to ur customer executive.

I also second Tata Sky having good customer service no doubt about it. As of regional channels Tata Sky is making good attempt to include as many popular regional channels as possible. There are many regional channels that are in demand and that need of the majority customers is being met slowly and steadily. Tata Sky are providing DD GUJARATI and have not exempt it from the list of channels as it is a basic channel for gujarati viewers. There have been few regional channels added lately and regional channel being niche in nature the depth of new channels in regions are not covered by DTH providers only famous channels known are added. Zee Gujarati may be a good gujarati channel and as per majority demand if need arises in future it may add this channel.
