[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Relocation harassment

I have given request for relocation of existing connection on 22/9/2008. I had requested my installation to be done on 1st oct 2008. I had called customer care officer for more than 20 times, each call lasted for about 15 minutes average. Till date i.e. 14/10/2008, this issue is not resolved. I request you guide me the methodology to sue Tatasky in consumer forum.

Yes I agree with this and would like to sue them.. they think they are the boss and behave the way they want.. I have almost spend 4 hours talking to them in past couple of days without any outcome.
