RESPECTED SIR/MADAM, GOOD DAY, I AM SURESH KUMAR YADAV, CUSTUMER OF TATASKY ,MY SUBSCRIBER ID IS [protected] WANT LODGE A COMPLAIN REGRADING WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED BY TATASKY.MY COMPLAIN NUMBER WITH TATASKY -1/[protected] WHILE TALKING TO THERE CUSTUMER CARE NUMBER:-ON DATE -1808 PM I CONTACTED TATASKY CUSTUMER HELPLINE NUMBER:-[protected] REGRADING ACTIVATION OF (ACTIVE MUSIC) WHITHOUT MY PERMISSION.I HAVE CONTACTED TO CUSTUMER CARE ON ABOVE MENTION NUMBER FOR 14 MINS 22 SECONDS AND WAS CHARGE RS. 138. AFETR SEENING THIS HUGE AMOUT OF CHARGE I HAD CONTACTED TO MTNL CUSTUMER CARE SERVICE AND IT WAS TOLD THAT TATA SKY DOES NOT HAVE ANY AGREEMENT WITH THIS NUMBER WHEN AGAIN AT 2138 PM CONTACTED BACK TO TATA SKY BY USING AIRTEL MOBILE 14MIN 29 SEC IT WAS CHARGE RS 21 ONLY.AGAIN I HAVE CONTACT TATASKY HELPLINE NUMBER AND ASKED HIM WHY EXCESSIVE CHARGE HAS BEEN TAKEN ON GIVEN MTNL NUMBER (RS 138 FOR14MIN 22 SEC) THEY SAID IT IS ONLY FOR LAND LINE NUMBER AND SHOWN NO INTREST TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. WHERE AS IN THERE TATA SKY TATASKY HELPLINE MENU IN TV DOESNT SAY ANYWHERE GIVEN NUMBER SHOULD BE ONLY USED BY LAND LINE NUMBER WHEREAS YOU CAN FIND THE PHOTO FILE ATTACHED TO THIS COMPLAIN DOES NOT SPECIFY THAT THE GIVE NUMBER IS ONLY FOR LANLINE IT IS GIVEN IN GENERAL FOR MTNL/BSNL LINES.THIS HAS CAUSED ME FINANCIAL LOSS AND EXCESSIVE MENTAL STRESS. IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE I WANT TO PUT THE CLAIM OF 10000 THOUSAND RUPEES FOR TO TATSKY FOR PROVIDING WRONG AND ACTIVATING SERVICE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND CAUSING ME MENTAL STRESS AND FINANCIAL LOSS.
