[Resolved] Tata Sky — POOR SIGNAL QUALITY | |||
Since 20 days i m not the getting the proper signal quality from my Tatasky. Picture blur, installs, overlap and ultimately message comes out of that digicomp is not receiving any signal. Many times complaints at customer care tollfree no. but of no use. Problem continues to occur. No satisfactory response from Tatasky. Was this information helpful? | |||

GUYS do not buy TATASKY no good signal in early and afternoon hours all lies. Tatasky should increase their bandwidth and signal level like it was in 2007 and 2008 early.

[protected] is my subscriber ID with Tata Sky. I've been a customer since 4 years now. I've been repeatedly complaining about poor signal since the last 2 months now. There is a problem of poor quality in the monsoons when the skies are overcast but the same problem is now existing in the winters too. Now they proclaim that it's probably due to wind conditions.
They don't seem to register your complaints accurately.
They send or outsource their technical work to some local people who have no clue about what needs to be done but very promptly the charges will get deducted from your account irrespective of how un satisfied the customer is.
There is no way to speak to someone senior when you want to register your complaints. The same toll free number and always a different customer care executive on the other end.
After reading some complaints on this forum I rechecked my package and realised that packages like everywhere tv are going on without my knowledge and I'm also being charged for it.
It really looks like Tata Sky is taking their customers for a ride . Their only interest is the sale of the set top box and no concern about after sales.
It would be helpful if you could look into the matter and intervene. There should be some way to wake them up instead of customers just having to bear with the standards that they are offering .
