[Resolved] Tata Sky — NON DELIVERY OF ZEETOS REDEMPTION GIFTS. | |||
I AM A CONSUMER OF TATA SKY WITH MY SUBSCRIBER ID # [protected]. I HAD 2 PROBLEMS WITH REGARDS TO REDEMPTION OF GIFTS AGAINST ZEETOS FROM TATASKY. 1) I HAD REQUESTED REDEEMPTION OF TOY HELICOPTER ON 27TH DEC, 2010 WHICH IS YET TO BE RECEIVED BY ME. ON CONTACTING WITH TATASKY EARLIER THEY USE TO SAY THAT THE SAME WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN OR ON THE 60TH DAY FROM THE REQUEST OF REDEMPTION. NOW THEY ARE TELLING THAT OUR TEAM WILL CALL YOU UP. THEIR TEAM CALLS UP AND SYA THAT THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER AND REVERT SHORTLY BUT NEVER TURNED UP. 2) THE PRODUCT REQUESTED FOR REDEEMPTION ON 23RD DEC,2010 HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO ME RATHER A TOY OF THIER CHOICE HAS BEEN SENT. ON CONTACTING THEY TELL THAT THE SAME WILL BE REPLACED WITHIN 6 MONTHS TIME AND THE DOCKET STANDS BOOKED. I FEEL THAT MY CHILD HAS BEEN CHEATED BY THIS TATASKY AND THIS PROMOTION IS JUST THE LURE THE CHILDREN FOR INCREASE OF THEIR REVENUE. I SINCERLY REQUEST TATASKY NOT TO PLAY WITH THE MIND OF CHILDREN.
