[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Channels Unavailable

i am using Tata sky, to my surprise i am suffering due to the negligence and non cooperation attitude of the complaint redressal section since this friday i.e.[protected]. Today is the seventh day i am without connection. i.e. relocation of the connection in the same building, same floor, same address. The negative activity of the call centre/ ? or the service department i donot know. I am now going to file the case in the consumer forum about this. I have recorded all the calls i made to call centre and the disucssion held over my mobile which is going to be the evidence for my claim.

I would request all the people never purchase Tata Sky connection.
The company provides all false information.
Their executive use abuse language. Once you pay money to their executives they will not receive ur call and will give u all the false information.

i have Tata sky connection at home and the channels has been unavailable since five days.i even made a complaint but which was not taken serious.here is my registration phone no [protected].id no[protected].i need the authority to look after the meters soon.thank you

Tata Sky — not able to watch most of the channels

We are not able to watch most of the channels on Tata sky since April...after several complaints also our problem is yet not solved...if it remains so I have to take strict action...

Tata Sky — Inconvinience with regards to Technician Visit

The has been a very rude talk, the technician does not show up and is this what training tata sky is trained their technicians for .. And hence i'd like to raise a serious issue about this topic and im willing to take it to the court

No service on set top box

Here is no service on set top box of tata sky. Its shows on screen as (No Service)...

set up box is not responding.customer id no. 1001875721

when it started red light of set up box turn to green and HDMI 1 is displayed and after that there is no further processing . Customer care no. is not responding it says call can not be processed .

Deduction of Balance
