Recharge not credited to account

I recharged the amount of 200 on 20.05.16 with "Tata Sky" portal through bank of baroda net banking and my bank account get debited but no message received on confirmation of recharge to tata sky and balance also not reflecting in the box. Kindly resolve the issue.

no signal popup

I am sunil my tata sky subscriber id is [protected] and i am getting a popup message of no signal i checked All my cable connection n all setting but of no use. i called the customer care 50 times which is also a waste of time.
