[Resolved] Tata Steel — NON ALLOTMENT of CCPS - Rights ISSUE

This is with reference to my plain paper application for the TATA Steel Rights Issue. I had applied for 13 equity and 61 CCPS. Interestingly I receive today alotment for 14 equity and 0 CCPS.Refer 157751/IN[protected] AND 157750/IN[protected] . REFUND ORDERS 211250 AND 211251. REQUEST IMMEDIATE SEBI INTERVENTION AND INVESTIGATION IN THIS MATTER. I fail to understand the basis of allotment for the TATA Steel Rights issue. Intime Spectrum have once more proved their lack of efficiency. HAVE SENT ATLEAST 20-30 REMINDERS TO TATA STEEL AND INTIME SPECTRUM THE REGISTRARS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE. SEBI must intervene and ask TATA STEEL to expedite in allotment of Shares/CCPs to the persons who have applied for the same and have not received the same so far.

TATA STEEL — non receipt of ccps

I Bibhuti Bhusan Banerjee has applied for CCPs on 07/12/2007, made payment by DDno. 400247 amount of Rs. 30,800/= Canara Bank. But at yet I don't get anything from your end not CCPs nor refund order.

Please solve my problem as early as possible.
