Tata Steel CCPS — Non-receipt of refund order

I had applied for 114 CCPS of Tata Steel vide Application No. 2386008 (Folio No. B0048000). However, I found that the same has not been alloted to me.I would, therefore, request you to kindly issue a Refund Order in favour of KUNJIKA KANOI. My details are as follows:

Tata steel ltd/ ccps — For Tata steel ccps refund

I had applied for 60 Tata Steel renounced CCPS on 20/12/2007 (Cheque No.: 337798; Amount:
Rs. 6, 000/-). I was entitled to the same amount.

Neither has the 90 CCPS been alloted/credited to my demat account[protected], nor have I received the refund...

Plz reply me as soon as possible on a very urgent basis.

I made the application for CCPS through WHITE PAPER payment for CCPS for Rs 11600(Eleven thousand six hundred only) by ICICI Demand draft as i did not receive the CAF.Along with me my Husband YSP.Subramanian PRY0008235 and my mother-in-law SP.Umayal Achi PRS0147924 application were also sent in white paper.They have received the CCPS and rights.But i have not yet received the CCPS.
I have sent mails through post and internet to intime spectrum and to you already with details(copy of ICICI demand draft, intime spectrum reply ie,they asked for application number,bank name and branch).

But application was sent in White paper and payment made trough ICICI DD and posted through Speed post on[protected]. All three(3) application and six(6) Demand draft were sent through India Speed Post on 17/12/2007.The details of Demand draft are as follows.

But my Husband and mother-in-law have received the CCPS and now the converted shares also. Kindly Respond to this immedietly and send me the CCPS and converted shares and the dividend towards the ccps also at the earliest.Expecting your quick response. I have also sent the copy of DD to TSR DARASHAW LTD 15 days before via post.
