TATA STEEL RIGHT ISSUE — Non refund of amount

We have not received the refund of excess amount for Rs.29400.00 & Rs. 29400.00. The ECS were sent to our already closed saving account No. 3958 of Bharat Co-op. Bank Ltd. kandivali ( W ) branch. The letter to this context were subitted on 6/02/08, stating to issue the cheques on our new address.

We therefore request to help us in getting the refund at the earl.

Dear Sir,
I have applied for 75 Rights Sahres and 330 CCPs renounced by my father in my favour and deposited my application with HDFC Bank with their Sector -35 Branch, Cahandigarh on 18.12.2007. I received my allotment of 307CCPs vide your endorsment No.47640/D0310024/ EM[protected] IN dated 21/01/2008. However, I have not received my allotment inrespect of 75 Shares applied by me on ID No.IN[protected] CAF NO. 1240338/27364 offered by you to my father for 68 Rights Shares and renounced the same by my father in my favour.I may add that I have deposited the above CAF along with Draft No.470253 Dated 14.12.2007 for Rs. 22500/- with HDFC 35-B CHd on 18.12.2007
I regret to point it out that despite repeated E -Mails sent by me and my father to Intimes Spectrum Registry Limited and copies of the same to Tata steel Ltd did not yielded any results so far. I therefore, request you to send my Share Certificate on my Address given below and intimation on my E-Mail Adress at the earliest.

I have similar experience of Intime spectrum registry limited On my refund order the name of the bank is wrongly printed . I have already dispatched the refund orders for correction in the last week of february, but till today there is no reply .what shall i do? can you guide me?

Tata Steel - Rights Issue — Non receipt of the rights shares

I had applied on plain paer format for 100 shares of Tata Steel Rights issue in December 2007. I had written several e mail and till date has not received any reply. I am thinbking of sending legal notice to Intime spectrum bwing the registrar to the issue if I do not get a reply before the month of May 2008.

Tata Steel rights issue — None receipt of Refund amount

I had applied for Tata Steel Rights Issue in the month of Dec 07 vide Folio Number K0083980. I had bid for 100 Equity Shares and 240 CCPS and made a total payment of Rs. 54, 000/-. Of this, 46 Equity shares @ Rs. 300 and 210 CCPS @ Rs. 100were alloted to me. Hence an amount of Rs. 19200/- had to be refunded. I have not received this amount till date

Refund of Rights Issue- Tata Steel — Non Refund of Tata Steel Rights Issue Amount

I had applied for the rights issue for Tata Steel vide chq no 467472 for Rs 45600/-drawn on Federal Bank in Dec 07. It is over a year now and I still hav'nt received the refund amount inspite of regular follow ups.
