[Resolved]  Tata Tele Services — Mis-commitment for Tata Broadband new connection~~M6509295

I had applied for a new Tata broadband connection (application form no
[protected]th January 2012, through a salesman called Ramraj -
[protected]. I went into a advance rental plan and paid Rs 3304/- in
favor of TTML for the connection. I reside at Palm Spring, Wing C 1008
Link Road. Malad west. Mumbai 64.
Yesterday Ramraj comes back saying that they dont have any connection in
the building, so he cannot give the connection and they will return the
cheque along with the documents.
To my utter shock, i see my account has been debited with Rs 3304
bearing cheque 590543 number drawn on Hsbc favouring TTML.

I have been repeatedly following up with the Nodal officer but they are not getting the matter resolved.

I want you to look into this matter and get resolved.
