[Resolved] Tata Teleservices — Harassment & Billing of non existent connection | |||
Tata Teleservcies has been sending me bills of a non existent connection. I have complained to the call center a number of times that the bills for the non existent connections were being sent. Now they have sent me a notice from Lok Adalat to appear before the court. The details mentioned on the notice are as under: 1. Company : Tata Teleservices 2. Account Number :[protected] Dell No: [protected] 3. Letter No: Tata Teleservices/Mar/2010 Dated : 06/03/2010 PLC No: 47634/10 My complaint is that I have been harassed for this unnecessarily and have suffered personal anguish. Also my family has also suffered. In case this harrassment does not stop I would like to file a suit in the consumer court for compensation caused by the mental agony caused by the party, Tata Teleservices.
