[Resolved]  Tata Venture Ex — Complaint of Model and Poor Vehicle

I have purchased a van name tata 'venture Ex', in 13.02.2012 from Shree dev wheels, Railway Crossing Gonda.
As the details, which have given from dealer abt d vehicle on behalf of d company tata motors.
Its totally opposite, by using d vehicle. 1) The average on highway was told 14 kmpl which is only 10.
* pick up is very bad of this vehicle as the engine so small or low in cc according 2 vehicle capacity.
* features r so complicated un friendly 2 use for a new person.
* products which r used in this vehicle is of very low quality.
* knocking and a wierd noise in the engine
* clutch is very very hard
* rear differential humming noise
* air re-circulater switch is jammed
* rear sliding door does not open at times
* engine heat entering the driver cabin
* excess black smoke
* does not steap gradiants
* windows, wipers even water flusher gone failure .
And lots of more complaints r there of this vehicle, not only o[censored]s, all the owners of this vehicle r complaining about this vehicle. We r totally fed up of because of this vehicle and we are so tortured after purchasing this vehicle. This vehicle is not worth for our money. We want 2 replace this vehicle or our money back
