[Resolved]  Tata Voltas — poor service of tata voltas ACs

Can you specify one company in India that gives you 100 % after sales customer satisfaction? Once a product is sold to you and if you are unlucky, my advice, you dump it and get a new one.

i purchase Voltas Spilit unit model vertis elits 1.5 ton. Sr. no.4511022A08c007882.
on 20/05/2008. after installtion we found they fix show room unit so agent Dasmesh Airconditioning Eng. changed anther new on 22/5/2008 working ok. 29/8/2008 Ac not cooling we called your service center. they came and found gas leak. this is for your information. Installtion o[censored]nit is very bad condition and due to this gas leaking it will efect on compressure soon. 21/5/2009 Ac not working i made request customer service technician came on 22/05/2009. found gas leak again so they want charge the gas and charges will be 1800 rs. so what i wil do for my Split unit

Tata Voltas — Free service not being done

Hi,
I bought two voltas air conditioners for with which I was provided 2 free service for each. I had requested their customer care to do the same but in the last 17 days they haven't responded positively. My ticket number issued by voltas is 10MR2403472 and 10MR2403483.

i want to complain about the loose and fragile plastics locks of the grill.

Complaint numbeer is 10JU2400502.Complaint date 24-jun-10.No action till date.All relatives gives me suggestion to purchase TATA VOLTAS A.C. but i think this is wrong suggestion beacuse of poor A.C. and Poor company and Poor product.

I think i will be compaint in consumer court.Saali chor company hai.

L.G. company waale sahi kahte the.Lakin unki nhi sunke galti kari.

Company ko apne higher authority ke number internet per dene chaiye. Saale ko gaali to de sake.

TATA voltas service is worst. The franchiese people are crazy. I have also faced similar issue where a gas was leaked from new AC after that i am generating new complain nos every month. from voltas but no response till date. Chor kahi ke
