[Resolved] Tata Walky — New Connection Out of service with in 15 day | |||
Dear Sir, I Tathagata Rudra one of the customer your company, I have tow connection with your company, 1st is TATA PHOTON PLUS & 2nd is TATA WALKY connection. My connection No are- 1st [protected] & 2nd[protected]. Tata walky is the New connection which is purchased from AZTECH which is Your franchisee. This purchase date is[protected] & its price is 1299/-, its bill no is 102. Now, there problem is after 16 days to till date this connection is out of service. When I contact them, they told me "Give me some time it will be resolved with in 48hrs"- Contact Person Name is Sanjay Mistry (TL-Kolkata Region). This conversation date is[protected]. But no response there site. Then today I try to contact them and my call received Mr. Paban Bhimani, again I complain my problem He simple told me "You may take any action against me". Now what can I do, Please told me and do the need full action as soon as possible. My alternative No is -[protected].
