I have purchased Tata Walky Phone ( [protected]) from your authorized dealer, Mega Communication, S.No. 46/2, Sangharsh Chowk, ChandanNagar, Pune 411014.(Tel[protected] on 17.10.2009. Submitted documents along with application for activation, & gave this walky to my parents residing at my native place Parner Tal Ahmednagar. At this place the confirmation of address was not done due to in day time no one is in house & the connection gets closed. I have submitted the documents to the dealer again to activate but the wakly doesn’t activated. In between the battery of the walky given problem, and the instrument is shut for 1 months due to charging problem.
I brought back the the instrument to Pune, & contacted to your Authorised Service Centre , at Vishal Mega Mart, Phatima Nagar,Hadapsar Pune on 27.02.2010. They asked me to submit again the documents, and I have submitted the same to them. They assured me that the walky get started on 2nd or 3rd March but no response from the Tata Indicom. Again I visited to same center on 6.03.2010, young lady so called Manager of center is imposing me to submit the document again & again, and also not assuring me to the connection gets stat on not even submission of the documents.
Pl tell me what is the solution for this problem or your company is not capable of giving proper service to this type of problem. What is use of such center where no proper status of the connection is not known, I fade of purchasing such type of service. Looking for good result from your end.
