[Resolved] TAX SPANNER — Tax to be Paid not informed yet, no customer support

Hi,

I had submitted my form 16 to your associate on July 20, 2011.
I was informed that after the calculations, within the next two days you would be informed of the required tax that has to be deposited.

I am yet to receive any information in this regard, also the associate has suddenly stopped coming to our office also.

One of the numbers provided for contact is switched off:- [protected]

The other number belongs to Ms Garima who is not interested in responding:- the no is [protected].
She responds saying that you will be informed in 2-3 Days when the last working day is just 4 days from now.

Hi,
I have filed my ITR through TaxSpanner (Receipt no. - 17392) on 21st July'11 and your representative come to my company Genpact Gurgaon on my mother-in-law name - KUSUM LATA DAHIYA - PAN NO. - BHUPK4947C and there is refund of Rs. 15061/-. I got a call from your executive who confirmed it and asked the A/c no - [protected] which I gave him except the MICR code but I arranged that code and after that he never responded to my call and still neither I have received the confirmation mail to which to be sign by her and nor the Acknowledgement and REFUND in the A/c or any cheque to my address. can you please do the needful and give me your contact number or call me at [protected]. My email add - [protected]@gmail.com. Hope I get a positive response from your side.

I have filled my ITR through TaxSpanner (Receipt no. - 512972) on 2nd august 2013 and your representative come to my company Lionbridge Technology pvt.ltd.Powai on my name Suvarna Ramesh Prabhu PAN no. ARLPP1790Q and still I have not received ITR Acknowledgement on my personal email id i.e.[protected]@yahoo.co.in. Can you please do the needful and give me your contact number or mail me on my official email add. i.e.suvarna.[protected]@lionbridge.com. Hope I get a positive response from your side.
