At around 2130 hrs on 11th august 2010 a prepaid taxi voucher was issued to me by the NSCBI Airport (Kolkata Airport Domestic ) for going to Salt Lake. The vehicle no. allotted was WB25A 5095. When we could locate the vehicle, the driver refused to honour the voucher. When asked what is the reason, he started misbehaving and displayed his arrogant behaviour and told us that we are free to lodge complaint wherever we feel like.
When we again contacted the prepaid taxi booth, we were allotted i different vehicle number.
My complaint is against the mentioned vehicle number's driver; whose misbehaviour, arrogance and attitude do not reflect that they are performing public utility services. These kind of people should be adequately penalised and should be educated about public conduct. Was this information helpful? | 
Further when the prepaid taxi counter was approached and we narrated the incident the counter personnel changed the taxi number.
