[Resolved]  Taxi — Taxi Refusal

Taxi number WB04D 0255.
I was about to board this standing taxi at 11.00am at Charu Market today,12th April. 2010, when the driver asked me where I wished to go. When I said Elgin Road, he flatly refused to take me. When I took down the registration number (as given above), he stared at me defiantly and didn't care. Will he really be punished or was he justified in refusing me?

Tonight on 14th of July,2010 at 10:10 pm I asked a taxi driver of taxi no WB04C4982 to go to Netajinagar from the front of South City mall. He told me that he won't go there and gave me a lame reason like his home is away from the destination. After a little bit of arguement another 7-8 taxi driver showed up and threaten us. Later we finally got another one cab at around 10:30 pm.
I want some serious actions to be taken against that driver.

HOW CAN I COMPLAIN TO THE UNION FOR REFUSAL OF TAXI.CAN ANYONE PROVIDE ME THE PHONE NUMBER.
