[Resolved]  Taxspanner — Non-refund of Payment

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am a Syndicate Bank customer.I had filed my IT returns online through www.taxspanner.com .Rs.749/- was promptly deducted from my account.When I realised I had forgotten to mention the promotional code SYNDTAX (which was part of the formality) and had intimated it to them,I was promised a refund of Rs.450/- within three weeks.
It has been more than three weeks,no action has been taken yet.
The prompt interest which was shown till the payment of charges seems to be missing now.I request the public to avoid such websites to avoid losing your hard earned money.
