[Resolved]  Taxspanner — ITR Return

Taxspanner had come to HCL for facilitating the filing of IT Return. I paid them 100 INR as requested and when I got the ITR -V file it didnot contain the refund amount of 86000 INR due from my previous company. I had given them both the form 16 ( previous and current employer). The phone numbers mentioned are not reachable and switched off. Even after contacting through email there is no response.

I am not sure what to do for my return. I repeatedly emailed them that I file a consumer case but they donot seem to be bothered. I would never recommend Taxspanner to anybody. Very unprofessional in their service.
