[Resolved] TCL Washing Machine — TCL response very poor reg custormer service | |
Dear Sir, I am new to Bangalore.I bought TCL washing machine on MORE super market in old madras rd.I hope More will deal with geniue electronic home appliance dealer.Purchased date - 16_10_2009. Then machine completely stopped running and made complaint on 24_10_2009 via customer care number - [protected].My complaint id - 09j24w012. Model - TWM-65DG/S No response from them till Nov_10_2009.On 12 the one service man came and told that there was a problem in timer and will rectify in another two days.After no response from them when call again they told no parts availiable and take one week. After that no response from any one.Again i have approched regarding this to MORE super market.They told we will talk to them. Today date - 19_Nov_2009.Again customer service telling the same answer it will take anothe one week. They are fraud.If they behave like thing for one week new machine think off service after warannty period. i have a tcl washing machine from akash store masanganj bilaspur on[protected] since that day my machine is being going on giving problem several time the motor of both wash & dry tub has been changed & it take too long time to changed right now my machine belt is broken & the engineeer visit 4 days ago & untill now my machine is dead so what to do

I purchased a TCL Washing machine from Daya Electronics, S.G. M nagar, Faridabad two yrs. back. Firstly no service centre here after I complained that shop where I purchased the machine that my washing jar is not running. That person send a person (told from TCL ) checked the machine and said some short after they replaced all part and asked me Rs. 300/- as service charge. I gave the amount but another day i found a major switch problem. Again I called that person they told me that you change ur switch that cost is Rs. 500/-. What is wrong with us that is only purchased TCL machine

TCL electronics — not working properly
i have perchased A.C.1.5 ton split 18cs/hl [protected] 2 years ago but now not workig properly even cant able to repaire . I purchased a TCL washing machine from Annai Electronics, Avinashi two years back.I'm facing issue with dryer. We made calls to servicing centre and didn't get any proper responses. We contacted a person called ramesh in the TCL servicing centre but he didn't come home to solve the problem.his mobile no is [protected] and [protected]. kindly solve this ASAP.
