Sir, I m Naresh Kumar Pinnapathruni and i had bought a computer from Produgy Computers ,KPHB colony,hederabad .I had taken a finance From Bajaj Finance comp on 06 July 2006.They have taken a security amount of Rs 6, 375/- as a part of refundable security.They told us That after the completition of the tenure if finance amount they will return us the money.The tenure of the Installments ends on the July month of 2009 but till now they hadnt refund us the money and most dangerous thing is still they are taking money from my account even i completed all the EMI'S.when we contact them they told us to reach to their other office near AUNDH,Pune..its been 6 months since then but they hadnt return our money.when we contact their representatives and even the computer store No one is picking the phone.Finally I had to come at the door steps of consumer forum to seek justice.Hope i will get benefitted from here.thanking you!! Dear Sir,I am Krishna Prasad, Staying at Masab Tank, we have taken computer loan one year back from Tec Infotech and taken loan fro Bajaj Finance loan proposal no 157550 with offer of 30, 000 RS loan and Refundable deposit of 4, 700 RS. We already closed the loan 15th Dec 2008, and waiting for refundable amount but now Bajaj Finance fellows not taking calls, Pls help . Bajaj Finance LL no[protected]

computer — Refund of Security
Respected All,I am custmer of Bajaj finance.I take a loan on names KUSH KUMAR proposal no 26307 in month oct 2006 against computer purchase.After clearing the loan amount i request to him refund of my security ,then he said your security is adjust in late fees charges.But i have deposited the security amount Rs.2850/- and his late fees charges is Rs.600/- .I requested to him again and again but no results till date.
Kindly i request to you please shorted out this problem.

i m Khurram Shan Siddiqui , reside at 1858,Kotla mubarakpur , NewDelhi 110003 on rent , My Pc got stolen on 04/06/2010 , i called 100PCR n report to he local Police too n told them abt sespect Shahrukh , but there is no action takn by I.O Mr.Nirbhay singh , then one month later i complaint to DCP Office so thts why my F.I.R got registered after more than a month, F.I.R No.168 Dated[protected] but still there is no action in this case, i seems Mr.Nirbhay singh , ignoring this case for some reasons , so i just want to check this by some others Officer so it can be solve ,
