[Resolved]  TCS — Tax deduction on withdrawal of PF

As per my last salry slip March 2009.PF amount was nearly 2,20,000.But only 1,82,000 is deposited to my account.

Actually I have completed 5 years in TCS.
My joining date is 11thMay 2004 and I relieved on 8th May 2009 and 9th and 10th May 2009 are saturday and sunday.So ,I have completed 5 years in TCS and I should get complete amount as per my knowledge.Can you please let me know the details.

Date of Joiining : May 11th 2004.
Date of relieving : May 8th 2009.

Company has deducted 49,526 /- as tax as I have not completed 5 years.
Please let me know is there is any exemtion/relief in tax in my case.

TCS eating EPF, not crediting to Goverment account.
They have it in their own pocket for business use.
This is totally illegal.

I guess most of the employees of TCS not aware of that.. that's y these things are happening.

TCS should credit EPF amount to Goverment EPF accounts.

BEWARE of TCS hidden policies.
