I PURCHASED A PEN CAMERA AFTER SEEING AD ON TV BUT THE PRODUCT I RECIEVED WAS A PACKED ONE WHICH WHEN I OPENED IN FRONT OF THE PERSON TO DELIVER WASNT WORKING ,HE SAID IT NEED TO BE CHARGED SO ASSUMING THAT SINCE THEY WERE ALWAYS ADVERTISING ABOUT THIER AUTHENTICITY ACCEPTED THE PRODUCT BUT SINCE THE DAY TO TODAY IT IS NOT OPERATING AND WHEN YOU CALL THIER CALL CENTRE THEY PROMISE IT WILL BE REPLACED TODAY SO I GUESS THAT TELE MALL IS ALSO A ROADSIDE VENDOR AND TV SHOULD STOP ADVERTISING ABOUT SUCH COMPANY Was this information helpful? | |

TELEMALL IS A FRAUD COMPANY
i have also purchased a item namely magic pen camera which battery was not working as per guide written period which was about ninty min. it take clip of less then 2 min and shutdown. many complaint were carried out to change or replacement but no one feedback.
dear net user plz donot buy any item from this fraude company its every item is faulty. many people are disagree with this company plz take care.

i have bought a spy cam on january 27th from tele mall cochin(kochi), kerala. there is an offer of a nazar kavaj and a hanuman kavaj. but got only the hanuman kavaj. from that day itself iam calling to the tele mall, kerala for that nazar kavaj. all the day they cheated me by promising me that they will send it soon. two days before i got a call from a call centre staff named krishna from mumbai tele mall. i have told all the details about my product and also about the unavailability of nazar kavaj. she told me that she will do the needs soon. but there is of no use. i[censored]r are doing like this what is the need of this company. is this a company to cheat the customers. the only thing is i want my nazar kavaj. contact me at [protected]. plz dont cheat me.

Shri Bala Ji Enterprises, 30 P&T Colony, Adarsh Nagar, Near Balbir Childeren Hospital Jallandhar Contact No.[protected],[protected] on 16.07.2010 vide their Bill No. 22 and was delivered by courier boy on extra delivery charges as agreed on order.
The delivered Product was defective and on Complaint/Reminder they replaced with new one product as on 04.08.2010 and charged some nominal delivery charges.
and the 2nd time delivered product was again become outof order after some days of 7-8 in August 2010.

after two month approx the delivered Product was defective and on Complaint regulary by telephonic to Mr. Subash(M/S. Balaji Agencies, ) they replaced with new one product as on 13.12.2011 and charged some nominal delivery charges.
and the 2nd time delivered product was again become out of work on date 25.02.2012 .Kindly change my phone (which have good workingcondition ) Now I request you to make an arrangement for the delivery so that I may not suffer more.
