Dear Sir,
I bought In.Fra.Chi.(morning walker) fm your oulet at Ballabhgarh Faridabad. It has not worked at all.I have lodgeed a complaint at contact no [protected] with Mr Deepak. However, no rep has visited and some kind of excuses are being made. Lately, they have stopped replying my phone calls. Could I expect some remedy thru this complaint. My add is H 282, Jalvayu Vihar, P4 Builders area Greater Noida. Thanking u in anticipation.

I was planning to purchase home jogger from telemall. I thought why not to check reviews about this product from internet. Thank God, I came to this website. I read the reviews about telemall shopping and reviews about it's products like sauna belt and home jogger. I got that the ads shown about these products are false. Home jogger is not a good product. So, I will not buy home jogger. Thanks to this website.

How can I get Wizzit in Bangladesh? kindly let me know
it's cost including all kind of delevary cost and it"s source.

Hey thanx ppl.. I was also gonna buy this suana belt and butterfly massager since I thought it will help to continue my slimming course at VLCC. but after reading all ur complaints I came to know that its just buying a headache for some thousand ruppees. thanx for all. but there are similar proffessional products working on same principle which are effective but very much expensive.(2-3 lakhs I think) . I went to VLCC. they r using these machines. although the course is very expensive... it is 100% effective. I lost 12kg with 2 months. U can try this i[censored] r a person who tried all other traditional ways and failed

its just of no use.all fake.telemall should be banned.

i fully agree with the complaints. tele mall has got the worst customer care centre. i ordered for a slim sauna belt. they told me that it wud raech me within one week. but it never happened. But now, i can only thank tele mall cutomer care for not sending me the product.

i purchased a Video Camera Pen from Telemall. It was working Ok but after 2 days its camera switch (switch at top of the pen) can stop the work and no switching is made. i talked with telemall no.[protected]. She suggest me that return the pen via courier we will send back a OK pen to you. I have sent our video camera pen by Flyking Courier receipt no. 59410957 dated: 25/01/2010. We had bought 'Pen with video camera' from Telemall (we ordered it from Delhi), but after looking at the product we realized that it is of no use to us. (as we actually required only audio recorder which can record voice of writer while writing) so we asked to your Mumbai and Delhi offices to accept the product and give us its amount back, If it is not possible for you, then keep money with yourself we'll buy something from Telemall in future.
But response of your people in both offices was not satisfactory. Now they are not even picking up our phone. It is very improfessional.
Now we are left with only one option either you consider it as our final request or we'll make claim in consumer court onbehalf of our trust.

We hope before going legal, we'll get some reply from your side.

i purchased a rudraksha one mukhi, but as per adv. one shani suraksha kauach has to be provided, but no such item was given . more over one mothi is missing in the one mukhi rudraksha . several times try to contact but always it was detracted to call after half an hour. this means that they are checting the customer by means of wrong adv. etc.

Moreover it was adv. that a shani kawach will be given free with this offer, but no such item was provided. They are checting the customer by means of adv.etc.

sir i have purchased home jogger from meerut city. now that is not working and no one is paying attention, 8 month has been passed.i request y to kindly exchange or repair as soon as possible.

I am also been cheated by TVC Sky shop. I bought a hessonite of approx 8 cts. by giving 7000/- rs. But its totally flawed and useless. And even other gemstones were totally useless. So please never buy anything from this site.
