hi, thanks too all I was also planing to purchase this but now never. and I am Surprised that after seen n number of complaints no one from company is ready to reply one this...!!! As I have seen revert on comments from other companions...

REALLY VERY BAD SERVICE THEY HAVE.. SO NEVER EVER I WILL GO FOR THIS..

Thanks to you guys, as i was planning to go for Air Lounge from Telebrands, but after reviewing this comments i have change my mind.
Further i would like to notify you guys that why dont you pay by Credit cards, as for if we dont receive our product in time or as shown on TV then we can go for a charge back or something... this is just a thought... but any ways thanks a lots for your valuable feed back...helping me save my money.

Dear All Please Naver or ever buy airlounge from telebrands india ltd. It have many defect they never give any warranty and replacement in this. even they take it on name of repair or replacement and they send it back the same products without any repair or replacement. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM TELE BRAND. i have purchased a air lounge from them and did i big mistake ... my 5999/- gown west i only used it for 15 days ...

i Recieved my Air Lounge on 11/07/12 my invoice No - V[protected]...
but wat u show in TV Adds about the product its totally false it dosn't match with the real product which i got..even taking full precautions it got punchered within 20 days o[censored]se now its laying in a corner of my room..wen i called TELE BRAND CC on [protected] they told to return back the product and will send New piece of the same..and customer has to effort postel Charges after reading few Reviews am not sure i will get back the product or not...So friends my Suggetion is dnt waste ur hard earned money on such a stupid things...TELE BRAND is a Big Froud the concern ppl has to take some serious action on it and !st they hav Ban the stupid TV Adds...i think TELE BRAND is spending Customers money only for the Adds not on improvment of its Product Quality...

Really I was very much interested to buy sofa cum bed but after going through the complaints I had to drop the Idea. Concerned representatives of the company should take immediate action against the consumer's complaints if they want to increase their sale. They can't fool the consumer merely on the basis of shining advertisements.

Really It is not safe Product...someone say really all above comments are true...

seriously was thinking buying the airlounge...but seeing so many dissatisfied users hav decided not to buy it...above all how shameful is the company telebrands who is not concerned about its reputation and redressing customer issues...also shows the lack of government incapability of handling such companies making a huge profits by cheating people their hard earned money

I purchase air sofa from www.airsofa.in, they sent me very defective product. And there was no reapiring kit. I call severaltimes [protected], 91-[protected]. They are not attaining my call just rejecting my call.

i had face same problem. i pay money for velvet sofa but i received premium sofa without repair kit. even i order slim tea 60 pouch but receive 30 pouch. and now didn't get any response
