[Resolved]  Telebrand — Airlounge Sofa cum bed

I ordered an airlounge from telebrands india ltd. on phone of Rs.5694/- on 9th April 2008. Invoice No. V[protected]. and order no. is B0052482. i got the product after 15 days and the product was defected After complaining the customer care several times they asked me to courier that product back to them and they are going to exchange the product so i sent the product on 2nd may 2008. after that i didn't got anything. After calling the customer care several times they always give a negative reply all the time that they don't have the product in the stock. It's now about 4 months and i don't know what to do now i finally took the action of writing it to you.

I am really feeling sorry for my self that I did not go through these reviews before ordering the air lounge. The product reached me today in the afternoon after a delay of about one month by Indian post and was received by my mother. On opening the package, after returning from the office in the evening, to my surprise I found that the packet contained a pile of pages, some magazines etc and there is no trace of items except the invoice. I immediately tried to call the customer care but in vain. It says it wont respond after 6:30PM in the evening. I made the payment through credit card. I don't know what to do now. I dropped a mail to the email id given in the website. Kindly suggest what to do now and how to deal with such fraud companies. After going through all these reviews I want my money back.

THEY ARE CHITING WITH CUSTOMER.
I BROUGHT AN AIR LAUNGES SOFA BEFORER 6 MONTH BACK, BUT NOW ONE SIDE OF SOFA TEH AIR IS NOT GETTING STOCK. BEFORE BUYING SOFA THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIE SAID THAT IT IS LIFE TIME WARANTY.
BUT NOW I HAVE GIVEN REQUEST TO REPAIR THE SOFA, AND THEY ARE SAYING I NEED TO PAY 450 SERVOCE CHARGES.

I SUGGEST ALL NOT TO BUY THE SOFA. ITS WASTE OF MONEY.

Even I wanted to buy this product but after reading the reviews, I am changing my mind. Thank you all for your valuable feedback. They don't deserve any star.
