i brought fitness pump from telebrands at 3.11.2010 ,(order no.m950513) they sent and i received. fitness pump have 2 handels one right side , and another one is left side, but they worangly sent me two right side handels,then i call there customer care and complient about this they said me to send that left side handel wit in that week end.but they not send me till now, i call their costumer care many time but they cannot give proper responce.they always said me there no stock like that ,, till now they say this reason only. pls note my complaint and give me a proper comittement about that.thank u Was this information helpful? |
