[Resolved]  Teleshopping — faulty product delivered and no replacement is done.

Hi,

I bought a speedofit from teleshopping.
As I was not home, I asked them to drop the product at my neighbours place.
After reaching home, I found that the delivered product was faulty.
I called up the representatives in of teleshopping in Thane and they told me that they do not have the stock of the product and once they receive the stock they would replace it to me.
It's been nearly 45 days but they never called me nor is my product replace.
Please help.
