We vacated the house on 15th January, 2010, and on 11th Mach another chque of Rs. 6370/- has been taken off from my bank account.

Request You to please recover the money from them.

Tenant — Tenant doesn't pay money
My tenant has not given rent + maintenance + electricity charge( he used & it comes more than 3000Rs!!!)he has not given any deposit & what cheque he had given .. got bounced n from then he is creating problem. does not respond to my phone calls.. emails etc. He already left the apartment after so many issues & chasing of months without paying anything
Please suggest how should i proceed as im nt staying in india.
