[Resolved]  The Bajaj Auto Finance Limited — Non-Return of Duplicate Key by the Company

Dear Sir,
Ref:1. Proposal No. 9578
2. Two Wheeler Reg. No. TN 24W 2619 (Bajaj Platina)

I had purchased the Two Wheeler Bajaj Platina (TN 24W 2619) financed by Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. 4/33, Sreee lakshmi Complex, 2nd Floor, Swarnapuri, Omalur Main Road, Near ANS Jwellery, Salem – 636 004 (Tamil Nadu). The financed amount was paid by me in 18 equal monthly installment of Rs.1167/-. All the cheques except one cheque i.e. 154307 dated 10.05.07 was not present by your Salem Branch for clearance, which has been paid by me in Cash vide Money Receipt No. 45963665 dt.17.06.08.
Hence, the financed amount of Rs.21000/- is cleared by me & NO DUE CERTIFICATE is due to me from the company.

At the time of sanctioning of loan, the company has retained by original RC Book & duplicate Key of the Two Wheeler. On completion of the loan, the company returned me the original RC Book, & told me to collect the duplicate key on 28.06.08, on 28.06.08 i called up Mr Sounder Rajan([protected]), the authorised person of Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd for the key, he replied that key has not yet come, u call after 2 days, after 2 days i called him up again, but the same reply. So, i again called him on 05.07.08, now he replied that the key is lost, i brusted over him over telephone & kept the phone. After half -an hour he called me up and said i will get the key for sure at 12.00 'o' clock on 07.07.08, , on 07.07.08, i went to his office, he was not there, on 08.07.08, i called him up again, he told that he was on leave for 2 days. So, i called him up again on 11.07.08, but again the same reply.

it is really frustrating, so i going for this complaint. Key is not a big thing, but committing & moving away from your committment matters much.

I hope after lodging this complaint, you can help me & stop such kind of ir-responsible activities of this companies.
